The Spring Intersession Program provides a fun, safe, stimulating place for children to enjoy during the day over Florence Unified School District’s Spring Break.

This program has rotating morning classes and activities that include sports, games, arts and crafts, STEM activities, cooking, and more. On scheduled afternoons, eligible participants will take in-town field trips.

Operating hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Viney Jones Library and Community Center, located at 778 N. Main Street. Transportation is available for residents in the Anthem area to and from the Community Center.

Please make sure your child has breakfast before checking them in, a water bottle with their name on it, two (2) snacks, and one (1) lunch for each day they are in attendance. Spots are limited and on a first come first served basis. This program may fill. Please register your child to secure their place in the program.

NO DROP IN OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE DURING INTERSESSION. Anthem pick-up and drop-off will be located at the Anthem K-8 parking lot. Bus will arrive at 7:15 a.m. and remain on site until 8:00 a.m. Return bus will depart the Viney Jones Library and Community Center at 5:00 p.m. and remain until 5:30 p.m. All children must be picked up by 5:30 p.m.
