Tempe Public Library: Maker Lab – Chompsaw Challenge

Discover new tech, tools, and hands-on skills each month in the Maker Lab.

Each month in the Maker Lab, you’ll get hands-on with the latest tech and creative tools—from VR and 3D printing to laser cutting and more. It’s a chance to experiment, build real-world skills, and bring your ideas to life.

This month we will introduce the Chompsaw, a safety power tool designed to cut cardboard for creative projects. Teens will work as a team to complete challenges.

This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
