We are back again with our annual Summer Reading Program stay-and-play! Play is one of the five early literacy practices, and teaches littles by building imagination, practicing socioemotional skills, and understanding the connection between words and physical things, while supporting their self-expression and autonomy (Every Child Ready to Read).
This year, we will be exploring all things from dinosaurs and fossils to the underground world of bugs and plants through fine and gross motor play, exploring with sensory and dramatic play. Drop in anytime between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.!
