Jeff Servoss, a Wildlife Biologist specializing in herpetology at the USFWS, discusses behavior, adaptations, defense mechanisms, physiology, conservation biology, habitat ecology, biological diversity, folklore, human safety and first aid, and other concepts that pertain to our native venomous reptiles. Live specimens of Arizona’s most fascinating venomous reptiles are displayed in lockable enclosures specifically designed for exhibition in an interactive forum.
The mission of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is “to work with others to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people.”
