Bird a patch of Sonoran Desert habitat preserved to protect the habitat of wildlife species within urban NW Tucson, where we expect to see birds such as Gilded Flicker, Phainopepla, Cooper’s Hawk, and many more.

DIRECTIONS: Pima County Mason South Property Located at the at the intersection of N Firethorn Ave and W Treece Way Take Thornydale Road to Cortaro Farms Rd. Turn west on Cortaro Farms Rd. In 0.3mi turn left (north) on N Bayou Dr. then right on W Treece Way. Park along the street then walk (~ 100ft) west to the trailhead. There is a low vehicle barrier to step over to enter the trail.
