Pima County Conservation Lands and Resources: Stargazing Historic Canoa Ranch

Join us to explore the wonder and unfold the mysteries of the cosmos. Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association volunteers provide an introduction to the night sky and set up telescopes for celestial viewing. Weather permitting. Participants will be notified by 4:30 on the day if there is a weather-related cancellation.

From Tucson – Take 1-19 south to exit 56 – Canoa Road. Go around the traffic circle until you are heading east. Turn left (north) on the east side frontage road for about ½ mile and turn at the Historic Canoa Ranch sign on your right. Please carry water and wear sturdy walking shoes.
