Join us in MACH1 and learn the basics of soldering in this hands-on introduction to electronics! Participants will explore how soldering works, learn about common tools and materials, and practice safely using a soldering iron under the guidance of makerspace staff. Students will complete a beginner-friendly project they can take home while gaining skills they can use for future electronics, robotics, and makerspace projects.
No previous soldering experience is required. All supplies and equipment will be provided. Space is limited, and safety procedures must be followed throughout the class.
This program is designed for teens ages 13-18 years old. Space is limited and registration is required. There are 10 seats available.
