Mesa Arts Center: Blacksmithing – Beginning to Advanced

Learn the basics of blacksmithing. Learn how to use blacksmithing tools to create artistic and functional projects. Lectures and demonstrations on blacksmithing traditions during class to support student projects. Advanced students will be self-directed with instructor guidance. All participants are required to bring their own leather gloves, safety glasses and must wear all-cotton clothing and all-leather shoes. Advanced students are required to provide their own metal.
