Mesa Arts Center: Arts in Service – Beginning Jewelry/Intro to Fabrication

Students will be introduced to the use of basic tools, techniques and safety procedures used in the art of jewelry making. Skills will be explored such as sawing, soldering, forming, rivets, polishing and basic stone setting through the making process of several projects. Students with previous jewelry making experience may expand on existing skills with assistance from the instructor. This class is for Beginners only, if you are an Intermediate student please register for an upcoming Intermediate AIS jewelry fabrication class.
