Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Wild Burro Morning Hike

Ranger Shaun will be hiking Wild Burro Trail, a medium rated 2.0-mile hike, this morning. This trail offers a good chance to see varied plant life as it winds its way through different microclimates and decent wildlife spotting opportunities. Restrooms and water are available at either end of the trail, but as none are available along the way, water bottles are required, as is proper footwear. Any other hiking gear needed to make you feel comfortable is welcome. Dressing in layers is encouraged as the temperature can change quickly in the morning. Sunscreen recommended.

MEETING LOCATION: Wild Burro Day Use area off Desert Tortoise Road.
