Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Tortoise Feeding

Ranger Nikki will introduce you to San Tan’s animal ambassador tortoises and share fun facts about how they and their wild relatives survive in our Sonoran Desert. After the feeding, there will be a meet and greet session inside the Nature Center with the park’s other reptile ambassadors. (See Discovery Center program listing at 9am). Bring your water and a hat to visit the outdoor tortoise enclosure. Restrooms and water are available at the Nature Center.
