Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Taste of the Desert

Join Friends of Hassayampa Board President Bernadine McCollum for a fascinating class on desert edibles! Attendees will get to participate hands on in grinding mesquite bean flour and making salsa using fresh prickly pear nopales! Max class size is 16 and will cost $10 per person. This will not include entrance into the preserve.
