It’s St. Patrick’s Day, and if you’re looking for something fun to do with the kids, look no further! Join Ranger Kevin for this 1-mile fun walk on the North trail. Prior to the hike, you’ll hear the story of Lucky the Leprechaun, how he ended up in the Arizona desert after a long and difficult voyage from Ireland, and how he may still hide clues to his presence for those willing to look for him. On the trail, we’ll be searching for Lucky’s elusive “desert shamrocks.” Please wear closed-toe shoes, dress for the weather, and bring water. Restrooms are available near the trailhead. Please, NO pets.
