Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Scorpion Safari

We will be looking for wildlife in the dark so make sure to pack flashlights and blacklights, if you have them, and make sure everything is charged or have extra batteries. We will be hiking along Rock Peak Wash for our safari! This trail is rated easy with most of the trail being sandy and some rocky/uneven parts, and a total of about 2 miles. There are NO restrooms at the trailhead. Please no pets!

If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 06/25/25.
