Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Plant Hike

Enjoy a guided plant hike along one of our trails to see all the beauty the desert plants have to offer. Bring any questions you have about the plants that reside in the desert. This hike will be 2.9 miles along the North trail loop, where the terrain is mostly flat and a few spots being slightly uneven/rocky or sandy from crossing washes. Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring plenty of water. There are restrooms and water available near the trailhead but still be sure to bring plenty of water with you!
MEETING LOCATION: North Trailhead. Be aware this is an additional 5-10 additional minutes past the entry statin.
