Along this hike we will see tons of plants that are unique to the desert with the possibility of seeing some wildlife as well. Bring any questions you might have about the desert and its inhabitants. This will be an easy to moderate hike along part of the Gila Trail followed by looping around the Baseline Trail. The trail will be mostly flat with some rocky or uneven parts throughout, this hike will also be about 3 miles so bring plenty of water and a snack if you would like. There will NOT be bathrooms or water at the trailhead, but there are water/bathrooms at the Nature Center and bathrooms throughout the park.
