Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Morning Fitness Hike

The hike will cover 5.6 miles / gain 340ft of elevation and rated as moderated to difficult. Fitness hikes are generally fast paced, but the group will take periodic rest/water breaks as needed. 3 liters of water and hiking boots are strongly encouraged for this hike as well as proper clothing, sunscreen and a hat. Water and bathrooms can be found at the trailhead staging area.

Limit 15 participants. To register, please call the Nature Center at 602-506-2930 ext. 6 with your name, phone number, and number of people attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 3/28 /2025.
