Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Lunch and Learn – Snakes!

Join Ranger Shaun and bring a snack! Today’s Lunch and Learn is all about snakes. How they move and hunt, what they eat, and perhaps most interestingly, some of the ways their world differs from ours. Some of our animal ambassadors are also likely to be in attendance offering a chance to get a closer look at some of our snakes. Also on display will be some snake artifacts like sheds, rattles, hides, and fangs. So even if it’s too cold to swim, come hang out at the Lake this Saturday, maybe take a hike and have lunch and a lesson on snakes.

If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please email back ASAP so those on the waiting list may be contacted. Registration for this program will close on 12/5/2024.
