Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Fitness Hike

Join Ranger Nikki on a moderately paced hike and enjoy the sights and sounds of our beautiful Sonoran Desert.
Get a good hiking workout with Ranger Nikki while learning about some of the plants and animals of our Sonoran Desert. The route follows Blevins Trail eastward to Meridian and County Line Trails and loops back via Ruidoso, Channel and NoSo Trails for a 6-mile trek. The terrain is mostly level but there are some uneven portions with small to medium rocks underfoot. Wear closed-toe shoes and sun protective clothing and bring snacks and plenty of water. Restrooms and water are available at the Trailhead.
