Join Ranger Nikki to learn about the rock cycle and see cool rock and mineral samples on display.
Ranger Nikki will host a drop-in learning session that highlights a variety of rocks and minerals, some that are common locally and others from afar. Discover how rocks and minerals form, find out some of their unique properties that help with identification and learn how we use many minerals in our everyday lives. Bring your water to this indoor display and information session inside the Nature Center. Restrooms and water are available at the Nature Center.
