Come visit with Ranger Shaun and see a collection of rattlesnake artifacts while finding out the truth behind some of the myths and legends!
Rattlesnakes feature in some pretty crazy stories it seems and we’re coming up on a pretty active time of year for them. Do you know what to do if you see one?
Come talk with Ranger Shaun and see what they look like up close! Talk about their amazing adaptations from thermal vision to potent venom. Touch a rattle, see a fang, learn what to do if you get bitten, and how likely it really is to actually happen. Coolest of all? White Tank has 2 different rattlesnake species on display!
