Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Creatures of the Night Walk

Join Ranger Nikki for an easy evening walk to enjoy the sunset and watch nocturnal animals become active along Coldwater. We may see coyotes, owls, snakes, tarantulas, scorpions and more! The route is an out-and-back on Coldwater Trail, which is a wide and mostly level pathway. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring water, a flashlight and a UV blacklight. Please have your annual pass or $7 exact cash for the self-pay station. Restrooms and water are available nearby at the Arena Staging area parking lot.
MEETING LOCATION: Coldwater Trailhead, Staging Area
Limit 20 participants. To register, please call the Estrella Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 6 with your name, phone number and number attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on Friday, September 15.
