Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Butterfly Walk at the Pollinator Garden

November 5 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Free with Park Fee

Even here in the Sonoran Desert you can find a good variety of butterflies! These important pollinators are most often found around native plants, so going on this easy walk with Ranger Eric may give you some ideas on what you might want to plant in your own garden to attract butterflies! We will learn about identification and ecology of the butterflies we see, as well as look at the native plants around the Pollinator Garden. We will meet at the Nature Center where restrooms are available if you need to use them before we caravan over to the Area 1 parking lot to access the Pollinator Garden.
