Maricopa County Library District: Master Gardener Presents – Ready, Set, Grow! Planting Your Warm-Season Garden

Join Georgia Lord Library’s Master Gardener Terri Kelly at noon.

Presentations will be timely for the season covering topics from vegetable gardens, to landscape watering, to desert adapted plantings and everything in between.

This month: A deep dive into planting tomatoes, peppers, squash, melons, and beans. Topics include variety selection for desert heat, proper planting techniques, and how to transition from cool-season to warm-season crops.

Master Gardeners provide outreach and education to our community. And they help bring science-based information on plants, gardens and landscapes to the public.
