Lowell Observatory: Orbits Curiousity Middle School Camp – Astro-Instrumentation

Designed for students going into 7th, 8th, or 9th grade in the fall, this year at middle school camp, students will learn about instruments used in modern astronomy. Campers will be able to operate telescopes and other scientific instruments to aid in their mission. Other activities include team-building, hiking, drawing, playing games, and more. If your young scientist is interested in using instruments to collect astronomical information, this camp is for them!
These activity-based, week-long day camps run from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. This year at middle school camp, students will learn about instruments used in Astronomical Photography.
