Who, or what, gets to create knowledge? As consumers of knowledge, how can we know what is original and what is derivative? FRANK Talks are face-to-face conversations on ideas that matter, engaging participants with important issues and providing the opportunity to put them in context, weigh facts, and consider different points of view. The goal of FRANK Talks is to inspire people to practice the skills of citizenship – to listen respectfully and engage thoughtfully with one another on important issues that affect our communities.  These programs are produced in partnership with Arizona Humanities and the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records.

All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
