Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium: Starlight Date Night

Send your night into orbit with an exclusive planetarium presentation featuring a live star talk and curated laser light music show. Afterwards, explore science wonders and telescope stargazing with that special someone.

5:30 – 8:30PM Explore Science Exhibits
All of our science exhibits will be open with a dash of special lighting and music throughout the exhibit halls. Make sure to experience the new Universe of Science exhibit.
6:30PM – Planetarium Star Talk and Laser Show
We’ve put together a special astronomy dark sky talk for ticket holders featuring a live planetarium operator as your guide. Learn about the possibilities that lie within and beyond our solar system in our planetarium theater. Then, enjoy a special laser show of handpicked songs to end the show. Runtime: 45 – 60 min
7:15PM – Telescope Stargazing
Meet our staff outside to peer at points of interest in the night sky through telescopes. Science exhibits will continue to be open until 8:30PM.
