Flagstaff Festival of Science: Pines to Pixels – using LIDAR technology for forest restoration

Join the Ecological Restoration Institute as we conduct a scan with LiDAR equipment around Fort Tuthill, identifying areas that have either been treated and evaluating their success through remote sensing.

Learn how researchers use cutting-edge technology in planning restoration treatments. Reservations are required.
