Flagstaff Festival of Science: Historical Archaeology Tour of Apex, Arizona

Join NAU’s Apex, Arizona Archaeology Project for a guided tour of a Depression-era logging camp along the Grand Canyon Railway and learn about historical archaeology in Arizona.

Wear sturdy shoes and bring water. The Tour will be outside of Tusayan, Arizona, but we will arrange a meeting place in Flagstaff. Reservations are required.

Email Emily.Dale@nau.edu for a reservation.

Part of Flagstaff Festival of Science, a free annual 10-day event wholly designed to promote awareness and enthusiasm for science in and about northern Arizona and beyond, aand is fondly known as the Best 10 Days of the Year. Established in 1990, it is the longest, continuously running, entirely free science festival in the world.
