(AM – APPRENTICE) Build & Code with Edison Robotics
Using the Edison platform, campers can design and build a series of programmable robots – from rubber band cannons, to cranes, to their own imaginative creations. Students will focus on teamwork and creative problem solving as they tackle a series of design challenges, and their robots will evolve from manually controlled to automated with the addition of basic Python programming. Our Edison Robotics camp is perfect for builders of all ages and skill levels.
(PM – APPRENTICE) Pixel Pioneers: Retro Game Design
In this updated version of our ever-popular game design course, students will plan, configure, and design a retro-style video game with Bloxels. The Bloxels platform is simple enough for younger students (no coding skills are required), but powerful enough to keep older students interested and engaged. Students control every aspect of their game, from story, to layout, to pixel-art design. And best of all, students will be proud to share their game creations with family and friends at the end of camp!
