Desert Botanical Garden: Macro Nature Photography Series

Thursdays, November 7, 14, 21, 9-11 a.m.

This three week long professional macro photography class will begin in the classroom with a brief lecture on lenses and other crucial gear, equipping you with the setup that will work right for your needs. Then, professional photographer Ryan Parra will guide you through Garden trails, practicing a handful of macro photography techniques using reflectors, diffusers and natural light. This class is designed for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. If you don’t have a macro lens yet, this class will help you find one during week one. Garden admission included.
