Chandler Public Library: Water-Wise Workshop – Desert Edible Gardens

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced gardener, growing food in the desert can be difficult. This program provides advice and tips on how to grow native edibles in your garden that adapt better to our desert climate.

You’ll learn how to design your garden to be water efficient, how to prep your soil, become more aware of different varieties of native crops, and how to prepare them once they’re harvested.
