Chandler Public Library: Digital Art with Sketchbook – Gesture Drawing

Ever wanted to dabble in digital art but don’t know where to begin? Join us for this introductory course where we will explore the different tools and techniques you can utilize with the Sketchbook app on the iPad.

Gesture drawing is the act of roughly sketching an object in order to capture its form, expression, movement, or pose.

In this session, we will cover how to bring reference images onto the canvas as well as how to practice effectively by utilizing gesture drawing. This is the second of a three part series, and registration is required. For ages 13 and older.
