ASTA is hosting bi-monthly “Science Content Coaching Sessions” with Rebecca Garelli, one of ASTA’s Professional Learning Specialists, and former science teacher who specializes in 3-dimensional science teaching and learning! These monthly Zoom talks will focus on topics such as:

• Understanding the Core Ideas (content) of the Arizona Science Standards
• How to Unpack the Arizona Science Standards
• Integration of the 3-dimensions of science instruction
• How to find phenomena that fits with AZ Science Standards
• Helping students with conceptual understanding (sensemaking)
