Arizona Game and Fish Department: Outdoor Skills & FishAZ Annual R3 Partner’s Gathering

February 7 @ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Join us for our annual R3 conservation partner meeting.

Meet and network with the many partners of the Outdoor Skills Network and FishAZ Network whose hard work and dedication help drive Arizona’s robust conservation work.

Learn and discuss how the 3 R’s (recruitment, retention, and reactivation) of hunting, fishing, shooting, trapping and other traditional outdoor activities contribute to Arizona’s conservation.

It will be an informative, collaborative and productive day and we welcome all leaders of the outdoors to join the conversation. This is a fantastic networking opportunity, so don’t miss it.

Discussion topics include:
~ About recruitment, retention, and reactivation and why it matters
~ 2025 Highlights and Successes
~ Partner Event Successes
~ Breakout Sessions
~ 2026 Planning and Opportunities

This year we will be spending some time in breakout sessions on a few different topics. This is a great time for you to connect with other partners on a similar topic and brainstorm ideas, solutions or events.
