⭐Arizona Game and Fish Department: Celebrating Arizona – Wildlife through Historical Journals

February is Arizona’s birthday month. To celebrate, we are hosting a series of webinars focused on the state’s unique wildlife and history.

In this session, we will be looking at the wildlife as seen through the eyes and journals or Arizona’s earliest explorers. We will share resources to access these journals and take a look at classroom-friendly activities that use journals and nature writing to engage student learning.

This webinar is designed for educators.

All participants in this FREE program will receive:

– access to PDF copies of related lessons and resources.
– a certificate confirming participation in 1 hour of educator professional development
