HeatSync Labs: Intro to Projection Mapping w/ Lumencanvas.Studio

In this workshop we’ll use LumenCanvas, a projection mapping tool that runs entirely in the browser, to turn walls, boxes, and whatever is lying around into screens.We’ll start with the basics: positioning a projector, drawing out surfaces, warping images and video to fit them, and making it all interactive or sound reactive. Then we’ll layer content and build a small installation by the end of the session.

Nothing to install. LumenCanvas.studio runs in a browser tab, so you’ll leave with a working project you can open on any machine. No prior projection mapping experience needed.

Projectors and laptops will be available to use. Bring your own laptop if you have one.
