Phoenix Public Library: STEAM Saturday for Families

Learn about friction by creating simple experiments to show how different surface textures such as bubble wrap, foil, sandpaper, and other textures affect a toy car’s speed down a ramp.

Families are encouraged to participate in making and creating at Saguaro. Guided activities will include science, technology, engineering, arts, or mathematics concepts. Join the family STEAM event every first & third Saturday of the month. Let’s create!
