The 8th annual Santa Cruz River Dragonfly Festival is here and to celebrate we explore the pond damsel family, the largest damselfly family in the world. If you see a damselfly just about anywhere in the US and Canada, it is likely a pond damsel. The presentation will help get you ready for the festival field trips (or a trip to your local pond or stream).
