Nina Mason Pulliam Rio Salado Audubon Center: Rio Nature Network Meeting

September 4 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Free

The Rio Nature Network is an informal gathering hosted by Audubon at Rio Salado Audubon Center on a quarterly basis. The group aims to provide a space and opportunity for conversation, networking and collaboration between community partners, organizations or other interested members of the public working to protect or preserve biodiversity along the Valley’s key river corridors. There is no membership fee or expectation. Any and all are welcome.

This is a great way to connect and share stories with others working in similar fields or on related projects. Come prepared to share or engage in collaborative conversation.

  • Each meet and greet typically starts with quick introductions from everyone.
  • Anyone with updates, news, announcements or opportunities are then welcome to present, typically between five and 10 minutes. These sometimes turn into longer conversations.
  • Meetings are hosted quarterly, (the first Friday of the last month of each quarter).

The meetings are typically focused on environmental, conservation, or natural science endeavors connected to Arizona’s rivers, but any and all are welcome to join or share, or simply hear from the many amazing partners doing important work to support our rivers and the surrounding nature.
