Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Stargazing

January 22 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Join Ranger Kevin for an evening of winter stargazing!

Clear skies permitting, we’ll be viewing a selection of objects through a portable telescope. Possibilities include planets, galaxies, nebulae, and star clusters! We’ll also identify some major constellations with a laser pointer, and hear stories connected to them. Bring your sky-related questions! Family friendly program. Don’t forget to dress warm! Restrooms are available nearby, but water is not available at the park, so please bring your own. NO pets, please.
