HeatSync Labs: Young Makers – Young Makers 3d Printing

Young Makers 3d Printing! We are going to have a simple demonstration of a quick 3d print with everyone’s name in 3 layers on paper. They’ll be able to keep it and use it however they want.

We will set up the laptops with TinkerCad and 3d file sharing sites so that kids can explore possibilities. If they have a file they want to print we will help them prepare it in the Slicer software for later printing.

Due to the time involved not everyone can print at once. Come during open hours or future Young Maker nights to start your 3d prints.

Age Group: Best for ages 8-14, but Even those between 6 – 17 will still benefit. Attendance is free. You don’t need a ticket, but letting us know you are coming may be helpful for planning.
