Our annual walking, biking and/or horseback riding challenge is just around the corner!
Do you have what it takes to do 100 miles in 100 days? Accept the Maricopa County Parks challenge, which starts on November 1st – https://www.maricopacountyparks.net/things-to-do/activity/100-miles-in-100-days-challenge/. Whether you walk or ride, spending time in nature is good for both your physical and mental health. The best part is, you don’t have to be super-fit to start. Just register and then…start! If you stick to it, you’ll be well on your way to better fitness and health in only 100 days! If you need more motivation, come by and see Ranger Kevin. He’ll tell you what you need to know, answer your questions, and get you pumped up for the challenge!
