Town of Gilbert: Riparian Field Class – Native Plant Discoveries (#35053)

The Field Class Series will explore scientific topics through engaging activities set in the Riparian Preserve.
Each region of the world has plants adapted to their specific climate. In this class we will take a deep dive into the structures and functions of native plants, along with the pollinators that help them thrive. Participants will make and take seed bombs to spread the beauty of native plants at home.
All classes will take place outdoors. Please bring water, wear a hat, close-toed shoes, and dress for the weather. Parents are welcome to attend, but not required. Materials will only be provided for registered participants.
