Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Morning Fitness Hike

We will hike 3.5-mile Baseline Trail and learn about the native plant and animal species found in the Sonoran Desert while keeping our heart rate up. We will be meeting at the Nature Center and heading out as a group from there. The trail is rocky and uneven, so it is encouraged that everyone wears sturdy close toed shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather. The Nature Center has bathrooms and well as a water fountain, so please fill up before we start the hike.

If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 9/5/2023.
