Unlocking the Crosscutting Concepts: A Beginner’s Guide to the CCCs
When: Jan 23, 2025 4:30-5:45 PM Arizona
During this session participants will explore how the Crosscutting Concepts (CCCs) work in tandem with the Science and Engineering Practices (SEPs) and Core Ideas (CIs) to support student sense-making. Participants will engage in collaborative activities to deepen their understanding of the CCCs, identify key CCCs relevant to a given phenomenon, and examine how CCCs progress vertically across the K-12 continuum.
