Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Fitness Hike

This morning hike will be a great way to get your blood pumping with the added bonus of some beautiful views of the desert. We will begin with a relatively flat hike along San Tan trail, then connect onto the Hedgehog trail, finally ending on Moonlight trail. Trails are rated moderate-difficult with some elevation gain, steep sections, and uneven/rocky ground, so please bring plenty of water and snacks. This hike will be about 3.5-4 miles in length. Please wear close-toed sturdy shoes, and please no dogs. Bathrooms and water are located at the Nature Center by the trailhead.

Limit 12 participants. To register, please call the Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 7 with your name, phone number and number of people attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 1/27/25.
