Need help learning your new device? Can’t figure out how to send an email? Our Open Tech Help program is here to help!

Bring your device/problem with you and one of our staff members will provide one-on-one help. Each registration is for 20 minutes of time and will be completed on a first come first served basis.

NOTICE: Starting with our March session of “Open Tech Help” all sign-ups will be in person. Ask a staff member at the desk for our sign-up sheet or give the branch a call to pick your spot.
