Arizona Mushroom Society: 2025 Annual Group Foray – Pinetop and Alpine Area (AM Foray)

Two groups this morning:
Group 1: This is an opportunity to participate in a foray that includes a 1-2 mile hike over mountainous terrain.
This group will be meeting on the west side of the White Mountains about a 40 minute drive from Pinetop, AZ. Your foray leader will be Mike Dechter.
More detailed information on the meet-up location will be mailed to you on or by Wednesday, August 6th.
Group 2: If you want to get a little farther away from the parking area and stretch your legs while also looking for mushrooms, you may want to sign up for the LONG HIKE Foray! This foray includes hiking 6-8 miles through fungi rich habitat. Your foray will be led by Adam Bailey.
The meet-up location will be 20 minutes outside of Alpine, AZ. More detailed information on the exact meet-up location will be mailed to you on or by Wednesday, August 6th.

You and any guest must be registered to attend forays. You may register up to 3 guests. Anyone attending a foray must be registered except for children. Children under 15 years old can attend without registration, and must be under parental supervision at all times.
