Desert Botanical Garden: Desert Pulse – Nature Journaling: Sketching through Time

Take a sketchbook out onto the Garden trails to do some deep observation, noticing change in the desert each week. This series focuses on the concept of change in desert plants over time, highlighted by ScanLAB’s Desert Pulse exhibit. This will be a mix of nature sketching, personal journaling and scientific observations as used by field biologists (no science background required–just a love for nature).
Part of this class will be held outdoors; please dress for the weather. All materials provided.
Instructed by Dakota Drake. Garden admission included.
